Rick Mitchell

Rick Mitchell graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law  in 2001, where he was  a two-time member of the Deans List.  Mr. Mitchell was admitted to practice law in Oklahoma in 2001. After clerking and interning for a trial attorney in the areas of civil litigation, family law, insurance bad faith, medical malpractice, guardianship, probate, and general practice Mr. Mitchell opened his own solo practice in 2001.

Over the past 11 years Mr. Mitchell has gained experience handling family law matters and  personal injury cases.  In the area of family law Mr. Mitchell has extensive experience in divorce, child custody, adoptions, child support, guardianship, and modifications. Personal injury experience includes cases involving automobile accidents, truck accidents, and motorcycle accidents, burns, work place injuries, and premises liability.  He had extensive trial experience, and works diligently to ensure that each client's outcome is maximized to his or her benefit.
